The Bauer Supreme 3S JR Hockey Shin Guards target the competitive players. This shin pad takes many features from the UltraSonic and 3S Pro and puts them in a more affordable package for the competitive player. The AMP split cap design, ErgoDynamic Lab Knee Cap, and full coverage calf protection are key features from the higher end models that are equipped on the 3S. Finally, the tonal camo pattern look in combination with a premium graphic treatment will catch your eye right off the shelf.
Shin Protection
The Bauer 3S shin pad features the same anatomically molded shin cap as the Ultrasonic. It is infused with (AMP) Active Motion Protection technology segmentation for effortless bend at the knee. This technology allows you to move freely while still offering elite level protection.
Knee Cap & Protection
The knee cap is equipped with the new ErgoDynamic Lab knee. This provides a deeper fit into the shin pad for full coverage protection. The knee wing, aka the side of the knee, features multi-density foam to cover openings when bending during a stride.
The Bauer 3S also offers a flexible multi-density foam thigh protector along the top of the knee cap for added protection when bending your knee.
Calf Protection
The 3S protects the entire calf with a molded polyethylene material. This padding is lightweight and offers elite level protection.
Liner
Bauer is using the Thermo Max sub liner in the 3S Junior shin pad. This liner incorporates moisture wicking properties, and will help keep your body cool during play. Additionally, the liner is removable, comfortable, and easily washable!
Strapping
The anchor straps located along the back of the shin pad allow it to stay locked in place.
